These Terms and Conditions apply to any services booked online, by phone, email, and text. These terms of business Simply Clean Agency (“We” or “the Agency”) govern all transactions between you, the client (“You” or “the Client”) and the Agency concerning the service supplied by the Agency to The Client as specified in this agreement (the “Service”). We enter into this agreement (“Agreement”) with You, intending that all the terms of the Agreement between us are included in these terms and conditions (“Terms”) as well as in writing on the front of, or at the beginning of this Agreement to which these Terms are behind, or attached/annexed. Therefore, include any other special requirements or relevant terms, in the space shown on the front of, or at the beginning of this Agreement.

1. About us.

Our site www.endoftenancylondon.cleaning is operated by Simply Clean Ltd. We are registered in England and Wales under company number 8870886 and our registered office address is at 2 Woodberry Grove, Finchley, London, N12 0DR.

2 Contract.

2.1 These terms and conditions represent a contract between Simply Clean Ltd and the client.

2.2 The client agree that any use of the Company’s services, including placing an order for services by telephone, email, website forms shall constitute the Client’s acceptance of these terms and conditions.

2.3 No variation or alteration of these terms and conditions shall be valid unless approved in writing by the director of the company.

3. Payments.

3.1 Cash payments are accepted upon completion of any work directly to the company personnel. Cash payments can be left in an envelope or other specified location in the property.

3.2 Bank Transfer payments. All bank transfer payments from private customers are only acceptable upfront. The amount requested for the work should clear in our bank account at least 2 days prior to cleaning due date.

3.3 Card details. We don’t store credit or debit card details nor do we share customer details with any 3rd parties.

4. Claims.

4.1 No refund or compensation claims will be considered once the cleaning service has been carried out. The Client must be present at all time during the recovery clean. The Client agrees to allow the Company back to re-clean and inspect any disputed areas/items before arranging a third party to carry out services. The Company reserves the right to only offer one recovery clean per service. While our operatives make every effort not to break items, accidents do happen. Identical replacement is always attempted but not guaranteed.

4.2 All services shall be deemed to have been carried out to the client satisfaction unless written notice is received within 48h of completion of the job. Any complaints regarding carpet cleaning, upholstery cleaning or curtain cleaning should be addressed to the company on the same day. For these cleans we do not offer 48h return policy guarantee. If the customer is present at the end of the cleaning to check the cleaning service, any corrections are made on the same day.  Thus the client is not entitled to request recovery cleaning or free of charge re-cleans after we leave. Please note that our 48h return policy is only applicable if the customer is not present at the end of the cleaning to check the service and if the customer writes to us within 48h of completion of the job.

5. Liability.

5.1 The Company shall not be liable for any third parties or their actions who enter or are present at the Client’s premises during the cleaning visit.

5.2 The cleaners cannot be relied on to grant access to the property to any third parties.

5.3 Items excluded from the cleaning company’s liability include: cash, jewellery, art, antiques and items of sentimental value. Refund for items of sentimental/personal value will be made only at its current cash value.

5.4 The Company requests all irreplaceable items (whether monetarily or sentimentally valuable) be stored away and/or not cleaned by the cleaning operatives.

5.5 We are not responsible for any existing damage to Clients property in the form of old stains/burns/spillages etc. which cannot be cleaned/removed completely by the cleaning operative using the industry standard cleaning methods.

5.6 The Company shall not be liable for the shrinkage of carpets as a result of poor fitting.

5.7 We shall not be responsible for any damage caused as a result of the Client placing furniture on a carpet which has not completely dried.

5.8 The Company is not liable for any wear or discolouration of areas that becomes more notable once dirt is removed.

5.9 We are not liable for any damages caused by faulty products/equipment provided by the customer.

5.1.1For all services other than End of Tenancy Cleaning we shall not be liable for completing jobs that are not listed on the customer’s task list.

6. Insurance.

6.1 Simply Clean Ltd is insured by Hiscox Insurance Company Ltd and has full public and employer’s liability cover. Any claims regarding breakages and lost items should be reported on the same day.
